Founder bio: TalentHub365 is built and operated by a founder with a long track record delivering software platforms, leading technology teams, and shipping production systems that support real operational workflows.

Before founding TalentHub365, that work included architecture and delivery across Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Google Apigee, and IBM integration programmes. The founder holds an M.Sc. (Distinction), TOGAF credentials, and spent 10 years as a Microsoft MVP.

The founder also previously co-founded ALL IN, an events-based digital app, adding startup product experience alongside enterprise delivery leadership.

TalentHub365 applies that same delivery discipline to football trial and scouting operations.

The mission is simple: help coaches, scouts, and evaluators run better-organised events, assess players more consistently, and make clearer decisions with less admin drag.
