I'm the founder of TalentHub365. I've spent the last two decades delivering software platforms, leading technology teams, and shipping production systems that support real operational workflows.
Before founding TalentHub365, that work spanned architecture and delivery across Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Google Apigee, and IBM integration programmes. I hold an M.Sc. (Distinction), TOGAF credentials, and spent 10 years as a Microsoft MVP. I previously co-founded ALL IN, an events-based digital app, which adds startup product experience alongside enterprise delivery leadership.
TalentHub365 applies that same delivery discipline to football trial and scouting operations. The mission is simple: help coaches, scouts, and evaluators run better-organised events, assess players more consistently, and make clearer decisions with less admin drag.
TalentHub365 is intentionally founder-led. Product direction, support quality, and platform improvements stay close to real user feedback from football environments.
