TalentHub365 exists so the people who run trials — clubs, academies, county and district associations, schools — can spend trial day watching players instead of wrestling admin. One platform carries an event from a public apply link and share poster, through live pitch-side evaluation, to selection decisions, outcome emails to every family, and secure season registration for the players you keep.

It began in football and now runs trials across twelve sports — football, netball, rugby union, rugby league, cricket, hockey, basketball, tennis, athletics, futsal, volleyball and lacrosse — with positions, observation tags and selection flow adapted to each.

What guides the product

• Decisions with evidence. Ratings and observations are captured live, averaged across coaches, and stay on the player — next season starts with last season’s record, not memory.
• Families are first-class. Applying takes minutes with no account or app; every cohort hears its outcome, and registration is one personal link.
• Safeguarding by design. Medical details are encrypted with every access audited, contact data is separated from profiles, and bearer links are never crawlable.
• Built for the touchline. Evaluation keeps working when the signal drops; unlimited matchday evaluators at no extra cost.

Founder-led, deliberately

TalentHub365 is built and operated by Rhett Clinton, after two decades delivering production software platforms and leading technology teams — architecture and delivery across Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Google Apigee and IBM integration programmes; an M.Sc. with Distinction, TOGAF credentials, and ten years as a Microsoft MVP.

Founder-led means product direction, support and platform improvements stay close to feedback from real trial days — raised by the organisers running them, often shipped the same week.
